1. About nevu

nevu is a health coaching application operated by Nevu Health Ltd(Companies House: 17155137), registered at Dunleavy House, Dunleavy Dr, Cardiff CF11 0SN, United Kingdom.

nevu is not a medical device. It is a coaching and wellness tool that provides AI-powered health coaching, food logging, and progress tracking. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use nevu
• If you use medication tracking features, you confirm that your medication is prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide

3. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a manner that is harmful, illegal, or disruptive.

4. Pricing and Subscriptions

4.1 Free Tier

Basic features are available at no cost, including the health dashboard, water tracking, manual food entry, and barcode scanning.

4.2 Pro Subscription

Pro features are available at £9.99 per month or £99.99 per year (equivalent to £8.33 per month). Both include a 7-day free trial. Pro unlocks Kyra AI coaching, photo and AI text food logging, progress photos, doctor reports, weekly AI summaries, and unlimited history.

4.3 Lifetime Founding Member

A one-time payment of £149 grants lifetime access to all Pro features. This offer is limited to the first 100 users and may be withdrawn at any time.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to active subscription periods or Lifetime memberships.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refunds for subscriptions are handled through the Google Play Store in accordance with their refund policies. For Lifetime memberships, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period as required by UK consumer law.

6. AI Coaching Disclaimer

Kyra is an AI health coach powered by large language models. While Kyra is designed to provide helpful, evidence-informed coaching:

• Kyra is not a doctor, nurse, dietitian, or any form of healthcare professional
• Kyra's responses do not constitute medical advice
• You should always consult your prescribing doctor before making changes to your medication, diet, or exercise routine
• AI responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies
• nevu includes safety systems and hard stops for medical emergencies, but these do not replace professional medical judgement

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate health information for personalised coaching
• Not use the app as a replacement for professional medical care
• Seek emergency medical help when needed (call 999 in the UK)
• Not share your account with others
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the app
• Not use the app for any unlawful purpose

8. Community Food Database

Food data submitted to the community database is shared with other users. By logging food that does not already exist in the database, you grant nevu a licence to use that nutritional data to improve the database for all users. No personal information is attached to community food entries.

9. Intellectual Property

The nevu app, brand, design, code, and content are the property of Nevu Health Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Your personal health data remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any data you enter into the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• nevu is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the app
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Availability

nevu is currently available on Android. We plan to release an iOS version but make no guarantees on timing. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of nevu after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of nevu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
